Au pair & family does not charge any registration fee, so that the family only pays when the "Au Pair"- meeting the desired requirements -has been selected by the family and the “Au Pair”, on his side ,accepts the selected family.

Active search of candidates that will meet as much as possible the requirements of the family.
Application and verification of all the reports to be made in several interviews in depth conducted by our team of psychologists both in the country of origin and in Spain.
Evidence that all the legal requirements to come into our country are according to the law.
Information and advice to the “Au Pair” in all areas: documentation, insurances,…
Make sure that the arrangement is properly followed up by both parties.
Commitment: In case of conflict, Aupair&familiy takes the commitments of replacing free of charge the “Au Pair” as soon as another candidate is available. If not immediate reimbursement will apply.

In this case, we offer the recruitment services and advice for both sides to meet both responsibilities.
Fees will not include:
Active search of candidates.
Commitment: in case of discrepancy in the relationship the free replacement of the "Au Pair" is not included since the agency has not done the selection.
